Set Goals And Achieve Them Albert Einstein said, โ€œLife is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance, you must keep movingโ€. Itโ€™s right that we should keep moving, but we also need to move towards something worthwhile that is going to fulfill us. Thatโ€™s why it is important to set goals that matter to you. 3. Exercise The years old adage, โ€œa healthy mind lives in a healthy bodyโ€ is indeed true. Exercising for even three times a week can help you feel much more energetic, boost your creativity, improve your focus and concentration and ward off stress and negativity. 4. Do What Makes You Happy Once you become self-aware and know what makes you happy, do more of it. Take some time to wind down every day instead of just killing time on your smartphone. Confidence comes easily when youโ€™re happy with your life. So donโ€™t hesitate to reward yourself. 5. Practice Positive Self-Talk and Visualization One of the most common things that shatters peopleโ€™s confidence is negativity. They listen to the discouraging things people say to them and internalize them as their own truth.
