I started training with Rami about 8 weeks ago after months of going to the gym on my own and seeing zero progression in weight lifting and hardly any changes in how my body looked. 
After talking with Rami we planned my goals and began to work. Rami planned everything for me from training programs, to my diet and even supplements that would help me. 
Our sessions in the gym have been so good, being taught how to use the equipment correctly and target muscle groups.

I’ve seen huge changes in my body in just a short space of time. Rami is very encouraging at the gym and pushes me to achieve my goalS!

Rami’s knowledge on all aspects of personal training is so impressive and is always just a call or text away if I need any questions answering. Rami clearly loves his job and making changes to people’s lives. I can’t wait to see how much I will change in the future.

Having 1st met Rami in my gym and had an introduction and taster session I was impressed by his knowledge and techniques with all aspects of training, so I signed up and that's where my world changed 

He supplied a comprehensive diet sheet and a number of training schedules which were tailored to my needs and body type and during each PT session Rami was encouraging and very reactive to my training style, changing my posture to ensure 100% technique.

After 12 weeks of training with Rami's expert help and encouragement I lost around 6kg in weight but my posture and overall body stats dramatically changed for the better

I feel so much better in myself and my whole mindset and attitude towards training has been changed and this is down to Rami and his expert knowledge both in training techniques and nutrition.

I cannot recommend Rami enough as he is a PT that lives and breathes training and is always there for advice and encouragement outside of the gym and his training style is second to none and always look forward to our training sessions and the subsequent results these bring.

I have been training with Rami since January and I have had significant results. I first spoke to Rami after getting a bit stuck with my training.  I had been injured and was working to get back to full fitness but nothing was improving.  I had also gone through a difficult time in my personal life so my motivation was at an all-time low but I knew the time was right.  Rami from day one spoke to me about different types of training and showed me how to perform the movement with the correct technique. 

He set me out a training program and after only following it for about 6 weeks I had already started to see results in my shape. The second phase we worked on building muscle and my strength has improved so much. 

Rami has also supported me with my nutrition intake and what supplements to take when.  I eat much better, plus have lots more energy throughout the day resulting in me being able to train harder and keep getting results. 

I have now dropped from a dress size 12 to a 10 and in some clothes even an 8. I am now happy to go into the gym and do a work out on my own something I hated beforehand. 

Rami is so precise with his training, he will show you how to do a workout, check your form, make sure the correct muscle is being targeted and is in the correct position. Training with Rami has made me feel much more confident in my abilities. If you are interested in working with a PT I would fully recommend it and specifically would recommend Rami to anyone who has goals.

In April this year I had reached a point in my life where I had gained a lot of weight. I was grossly over weight, felt slow and sluggish and was very unhappy. I felt very uncomfortable in my own skin and felt lost and unsure of how I was going to improve my situation.

I, along with a friend, had noticed Rami at the gym and he was approachable, extremely professional and very friendly. He offered my friend and me a free consultation and we began our journey with him.

During our consultation he looked at all elements of our life which influenced our eating and training habits and then tailored our food and training plans accordingly. Even embracing our vegan diet. Rami also developed a training program which was realistic and achievable, whilst challenging us and teaching us about improving and strengthening the different muscles in our bodies.

There have been times when he has had to remind us why we are doing this and what our initial goals were to keep us on track and now in October the results have been way beyond anything I felt possible in April!

I have lost 30cm off my waist, over 20kg! I’ve dropped 2 dress sizes and feel happy and comfortable in my own skin. I’m stronger, have so much more energy and importantly I’m so much healthier. 

I would recommend Rami to be your PT! He is brilliant at his job, as my results evidence, and he is great fun to train with. His knowledge is astounding and he makes you feel very comfortable in his company. I now have new goals and I know with the help of Rami I will achieve them. I have not been training with Rami for a very long time but in the past six weeks that I have been seeing him I have already seen significant results. I first spoke to Rami about training as I had gotten stuck at 84kg. I was struggling to increase my muscle mass past this point and tried increasing my calories because of this but I just lost definition. Rami spoke to me about different types of training and showed me the proper techniques and set out a training program for me and after fallowing that program for a few weeks I had already seen results on my muscle mass! Rami has also expanded my knowledge on nutrition and about what supplements he recommends which have helped me manage what I eat much better, plus I have lots more energy throughout the day and for when I exercise therefore making my training even better as a result.

I did not expect him to be so precise with his training,If you have Rami training you, you can’t help but improve.

Rami, being a big guy obviously know what he’s doing! He will show you how to do a workout, check your form, make sure the muscle that it is targeting is working and correct your positioning all at the same time whilst spotting you to make sure you don’t hurt yourself.

Training with Rami has made me feel much more confident in my abilities to not only push myself in my training but to control what I eat so I am losing fat and gaining muscle and I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone trying to improve their body.
