I specialise in creating a program thats specific to your injuries & problem areas. Before I design your program we will have a consultation where we approach all the areas that need to be considered - and will create your fitness plan with this in mind.


FAQ 2: WHAT IF I HAVE OTHER SERIOUS ISSUES?

I have trained many people with various issues, health problems, depression, illnesses and stressors. I take everything into consideration before we start training together. Improving your fitness level will help you in other areas of your life. With every client I commit myself fully to helping them along their journey!


FAQ 3: WHAT IF I AM NOT VERY FIT?

I will always match your abilities to the right exercises. You will work hard - but I will not give you anything that you won’t be able to do.


FAQ 4: CAN I TRAIN WITH A PARTNER?

Sure you can - I offer “semi-private training” that you can split with a training partner of your choice. It’s a great way to make workouts more interactive, fun and affordable!


FAQ 5: CAN YOU TRAIN ME IN A DIFFERENT LOCATION?

Yes I can! I am flexible in terms of location - get in touch and suggest your preferred place to train at.


FAQ 6: WHAT IF I’M QUITE INTIMIDATED BY THE TRAINING ATMOSPHERE A LOT OF GYMS HAVE?

I have a very friendly approach with all of my clients and I assure you that I will make you feel at ease and help you through any anxieties. You will feel confident in the working out environment after just a couple of training sessions.
