Myth,No carbs after 6pm ! Moron

The fact is carbs don't make you gain fat, and the silly myth that eating carbs after 6pm will make you fat is also nonsense, We need to have carbs at night of course because it’s benefit us for better behaviour,mood and quality of sleep. but we need to know the right portion and good sources of carbs for us . The thing is , most of us don’t know how much they need to eat , they either go too much nor nothing !
