How to be more confident in the Gym?

If you want to build your confidence in the gym and don’t want to feel panic when you see trainers around you doing their workout:
Here are the tips :
1. Start first with you diet, dropping weights make you feel lighter when you walk and feel fitter .
2. Practice in exercises what you know , stay away from all fancy ones .
3. Stop comparing yourself with others , every one got a set gaols they are aiming to ,so don’t put yourself into other’s shoes 👞 👠
4. Always praise yourself ! When you lose a pound or when you lift heavier .
5. Time management: set a routine and timing you go to train and time you finish .
6. Don’t feel embarrassed or silly when you ask for help otherwise never going to learn .
7. Be grateful for any progress and improvements, Don’t be mardi bums 😤
